Fill Children With Fibre

Dietary fibre are needed by children in their daily diet. It is useful to prevent constipation. Besides vegetables and fruits, you can find fibre in beans, peas, brown rice, multi-grain cereals and wholemeal bread.

You can provide your child sufficient fibre daily by feeding them the above mentioned foods. Alternatively, you may get creative by trying quick and easy recipes.
